C-Cover S/89

The S/89 consists of a body cover and a pair of foot covers, both folded and rolled for compact storage. A flexible ring opening in the thin body cover is stretched tightly over the goggles and around the filter an dexpiratory outlet of the mask. The foot covers are reinforced with fiber fabric materials and can stand at least 5 kms. walking on rough ground. The S/89 is unique and protects against all known chemical warfare agents up to 10 hours. One size fits all.

C-Cover Poncho

A disposable, chemical proof plastic splash cover for instant protection and complement to ordinary charcoal combat suits, if drops of chemical warfare agents are being spread from above.

The poncho consists of an elliptical hood section, flat sealed on to a rectangular sheet. This seal also forms an entrance for the head, even while wearing a helmet and mask. The hood has a circular and flexible opening in the front to be stretched tightly around the filter, the expiratory outlet and goggles of the mask. The multiply, 150 µm thick, military dull-green PE-film is chemical proof for up to 12 hours.

C-Cover Kits

The military kit (upper left) contains a body cover S/89 for instant protection, an autoinjector with an extra antidote ampoule, detection paper and decontamination powder.

 The military kit (center) contains a complete set of C-Cover S/89.

The civilian kit (upper right) is the same but contains the transparent C-Cover C/91.
